great ambiance but lacking some details
The Texas Tech displays in the lobby added a nice local touch! The lobby area was spacious with ample seating, perfect for socializing. I especially enjoyed the outdoor patio, which provided a relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring.
The room could use a bit more attention to detail.

The location to Tech is perfect, and I loved how
the bistro offered a great selection in the evening. The friendly staff made our stay even better. However, parking was a bit challenging at times, especially during peak hours.

The room felt modern and clean, complemented by a spacious layout and effective A/C. The unique Texas Tech displays in the lobby added a nice local touch, while the patio area was perfect for gathering with friends. However, cleaning issues were evident, as our room wasn't serviced during our stay, and I had to personally request new towels. To top it off, there was a concerning security breach with someone receiving a key to our room without proper verification.

This hotel is conveniently located near Jones AT&T Stadium, making it easy for us to explore the local scene with our small family. The modern design offers great amenities, like iPod docking stations and premium TV channels, keeping everyone entertained during our stay.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available on-site.

The room felt modern, spacious, and clean, which made me really comfortable during my stay. A nice perk was the Texas Tech displays in the lobby, giving a local touch. The outdoor patio area was a fantastic space for relaxing, especially with the lovely gas fire pit. I appreciated the effective air conditioning that kept me cool during hot days. Staff were kind and responsive, especially when I requested extra towels. However, breakfast options were a bit limited, as the bistro ran out of fresh fruit and yogurt during my visit. A continental breakfast would have added great value for the price I paid. The air conditioning in my room didn’t quite cool down as I hoped, and I had to fiddle with the thermostat quite a bit to find a comfortable setting. While the overall ambiance was lovely, I felt a bit more attention to detail in room cleanliness could have made a big difference. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but there's room for improvement in food offerings and maintenance.

The location near Texas Tech was spot on! My king room was so clean and comfy. Their evening drinks at the bistro were an unexpected delight. Coffee in the morning was a wonderful way to start the day!
But, oh dear, one of the lights was playing hide-and-seek, and Netflix had a permanent case of the hiccups. Let’s just say my shower had a strict 'no running' policy—sigh!
